Our story
We started TopTradiesAustralia after watching too many friends and family get burned by lead-gen sites that prioritise paid placement over actual quality. The system was broken: tradies paid for clicks, customers paid in time and frustration, and the only winner was the platform.
Inspired by RateMyAgent in real estate, we wanted to build something different — a directory where rankings come from verified customer reviews, not advertising spend. Where the best tradies in your suburb are surfaced by merit, every quarter, in transparent suburb-, state-, and national-level awards.
