By using TopTradiesAustralia you agree to use it for its intended purpose — finding or listing trade services in Australia. Don’t scrape, abuse, or attempt to circumvent our verification systems.

Reviews must be honest accounts of your own experience. We email-verify every review before it goes live. We may remove reviews that are fake, defamatory, or breach our content guidelines.

Listed businesses must be real, active, Australian-based trade businesses. Tradies are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. We may remove listings that misrepresent their service offering.

Pro and Premium plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel any time from your dashboard. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Award rankings are calculated by our algorithm using verified reviews. We do not sell award placements. Decisions are final but disputes can be raised by contacting us.

We provide the platform “as is”. We don’t verify the workmanship, licensing, or quality of work performed by tradies — that’s between you and them. Always check licences, insurance, and references before hiring.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
